TOM'S BIO

After sailing the high seas for the last decade with cruise line Royal Caribbean International, Tom has now returned home and is taking the United Kingdom by storm. With a background of Swing and Musical Theatre, a personal passion for Indie, Soul and Chart Hits and a vast repertoire of songs from the decades, no two live performances are ever the same.

Tom's forte is variety! An Evening with Tom is a journey through genre, era, style and nostalgia ranging from Duke Ellington to Ed Sheeran, Spandau Ballet to Kings of Leon with an underlying thread that connects tunes effortlessly whether it be for easy-listening, concert style performance or dancing the night away.

Early life saw Tom tread the boards with local amateur dramatic society's in shows such as Oliver!, Jesus Christ Superstar and West Side Story. This gave him the courage and inspiration to embark on a career in the arts. Employed by Bourne Leisure Ltd at Butlins Holiday Resort in Skegness at the age of 18, he was given a fantastic opportunity to hone his skills fronting the resident band on a nightly basis to audience of 2000+. Shortly afterwards Tom set sail on an adventure that would see him travel to the farthest regions of the globe. With rehearsals in Miami, Florida and contracts onboard vessels sailing to locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, Egypt and Japan to name but a few, he performed as Featured Singer for Royal Caribbean International for seven years before being promoted to Vocal Director in 2014 overseeing every aspect of the production shows onboard from vocal harmonies and sound to lighting and orchestra.

With Musical Theatre being such a huge influence in his career, Tom has put together an evening of Songs from the Shows with hits from Broadway and West End classics such as Jekyll & Hyde, Les Miserables, Miss Saigon and West Side Story. This can be booked as a stand alone evening or paired with Tom's ever popular Tribute to the Rat Pack Show.
